Here is the cute little brown print number I made all by myself...Yes, I had a dream about wearing this apron, and then I just had to figure out how to make a pattern for it...And of course I just had to use the cutest pockets ever on it, in a solid brown...It has a scalloped bottom edge and all the edges are hemmed. ( I am hardly ever satisfied when using binding on the hems)...This is a fitted apron with a neck strap...I'm thinking about adding a buttonhole to the apron and a few buttons to the strap to make it adjustable...Do you think $12.00 is too much to ask for this apron? Considering the fabric, I can hardly go any lower...Don't be afraid to tell me what ya think... Happy apron makin'....Cat...

Pretty Blue Apron

Are these the cutest pockets ever?? These little beauties are sooo easy to make. They were a little scary at first, but if I am very careful to take a 1/4 inch seam, they are no problem and the hardest part is turning them inside out...Sooo worth the trouble...I want to try them out on every apron I make lately...(I am working on a brown bib apron right now) I fell head over heels for this blue paisley fabric and matched it up with this big blue rose pattern...And I luv this apron...I hope somebody else likes it too...Come on, don't be afraid to tell me what ya think...I like feedback..I'm a big girl, I can take it...haha...

Thrift Aprons

I have been so blessed lately with finding thrift store aprons..And I am still in a really strong apron making mood...So many purty fabrics and cute pockets to use and so little time...lol...I have started this blog today because of my love of aprons and all things apron y...This will be a web journal of the aprons I made and the aprons I like to collect...And maybe in the future, a few aprons to sell...Who knows...Enjoy the picture show...
